• 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup apricot marmalade
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ½ cup hard cider
  • ½ cup + 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. mustard

Melt butter and cook onion and garlic, stirring until onions soften, about 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat until thick and glossy, about 20 minutes.
