  • 3 oz. scotch
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 ½ tsp. salt
  • 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. thyme

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Make small slices in each piece of salmon and cover completely with marinade. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. While salmon is marinating soak cedar plank in water.

Preheat grill to medium heat and place salmon onto the cedar plank. Place cedar plank on grill and cook for approximately 35 – 40 minutes, basting with marinade as required. Once salmon is cooked through remove from heat.
