• 2 oz bourbon
  • 1 tsp mint simple syrup
  • 4 mint leaves

Muddle mint and simple syrup before filling the glass with cracked ice. Add bourbon and stir well. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Mint Simple Syrup
How to make it: Add 4 or 5 mint leaves while simmering your simple syrup. Leave mint leaves to rest in the syrup while it cools. Remove the leaves before refrigerating.
