  • 9” prepared pie crust
  • ¼ cup spiced rum
  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Pinch of ginger
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of all spice
  • 4 generous scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • Whipped cream and ground cinnamon for garnish

Brush the prepared pie crust with half of the spiced rum and set aside. Blend remaining ingredients together until smooth. Spread evenly into pie crust and freeze until solid. Remove from freezer about 15-30 minutes before serving (depending on desired consistency) and top with whipped cream and ground cinnamon.
