  • 9” unbaked pie shell
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ¾ cup canned pumpkin
  • 6 oz. pumpkin beer

Preheat oven to 425 °F.

In a saucepan over low heat, reduce pumpkin beer for about 25 minutes. In a bowl, combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, and ginger. Beat in eggs. Add in canned pumpkin and the reduced pumpkin beer. Stir to combine. Pour the mixture into the pie shell and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 °F and bake for additional 45 minutes or until filling is set.
