  • ⅔ cup spiced rum
  • 1 cup natural honey
  • ⅓ cup molasses
  • ½ cup orange marmalade
  • 1 whole bone-in smoked ham
Preheat oven to 350 °F.

Mix together molasses, rum, marmalade, and honey in a medium sized pan and heat on low for approximately 15 minutes. Stir mixture occasionally during heating.

Cover the ham with half of the spiced rum glaze and cook for 2 ½ to 3 hours uncovered. Baste the ham with the remaining glaze throughout cooking.

Once the ham is cooked, tent with foil and leave to rest for 20 minutes before serving.
